DELIVERY
The delivery times and product availability are indicative. POUR L'AMOUR DES FLEURS is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or transportation companies. In case of late delivery or unavailability of products, POUR L'AMOUR DES FLEURS will in no circumstances be liable, the buyer can either cancel the order or make use of severance compensation. The delivery of the product will be found by a delivery note signed by the buyer or his agent. If nobody is present at the delivery address specified by the purchaser, the delivery date specified by POUR L'AMOUR DES FLEURS, the purchaser will bear the costs of subsequent delivery so that it actually comes into possession of the product.
The products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the checkout process. In case of items delivered at different dates given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. POUR L'AMOUR DES FLEURS, however, reserves the right to split deliveries. The participation fee for processing and delivery will be determined on a case by case basis in consultation with the client and the volume and number of additional packages to be shipped.

RECEIPT AND RETURN
The buyer will pay the costs and risks of transporting goods purchased after delivery. Upon delivery of the product, the buyer should check the condition of the goods delivered (damaged or defective products), compliance of the supply contract of sale (quantity, reference, article [s] missing [s]) before to sign the delivery note. The buyer must postpone any anomaly in the form of "handwritten reserves" on the delivery note with his signature or that of his agent.

. The buyer will have to mention his name, his address, the number of the corresponding command, the reference of the items concerned, and a full description of damage, defects and errors recorded delivery.
All return items (s) requires the allocation of a return number by POUR L'AMOUR DES FLEURS. No returns will be considered without this number. The products must be returned in their original packaging, which shall be in perfect condition, otherwise the cost of re-packaging of 30 euros VAT will be charged to the buyer.
In case of breach of duty, POUR L'AMOUR DES FLEURS will not accept any return of the article (s) or a refund or exchange thereof.
